There are 28 Block Stations and 27 authgorized halts in a length of 177 Kms section between JAJ & PNBE.

There are 6 stations without any LOOP, 6 Stations with single loop , 11 stations with 2 loops and 9 stations with common loops.

The facility for providing single line working is not available at any stations between JAJ & KEU.But for PNC to PNBE sections (11 kms) rest of the section involves at least 3 blocks sections any single line working .

There are 37 pairs of trains in –between JAJ & KEU Trains dealt. Trains dealt at KEU station are 52 pairs . Between KEU & MKA there are 46 pairs of trains running and between MKA& PNBE average numbers of trins running are 55 pairs .

Kuil is a Junction point involving traffic from four sides. The proper function of KEU is crucial to punctuality of entire section.

The goods shed at LKR involves heavy detention of rakes due to operational constraints .The goods shed at KEU is not in use for last ten years .shifting of goods shed activity to KEU would ease out operational delays.

Diesel engines running in KG section have to go for dwelling to JMP .This involves detentions beyodnour control.

A bye-pass line from MKB to SRY is required to avoid any reversal of Engine & MT at KEU. Goods train received from BJU can be directly handed over to GYA via KG.
